Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy:

• You may cancel processing of a specimen before it has been processed.
• There is a $20 restocking fee for supplies that are returned. Any specimen cups that have seal broken can not be returned.
• If kits are processed for return, McCaffrey Laboratories request that you discard or send back specimen requisition forms.
